Projects and programmes are dynamic; they shift, morph and change. Unsurprisingly, so is Pelicam. We know that our agility is one of the strengths which allows us to remain relevant to our clients, and provide genuine value when we’re invited to take a look at one of their programmes or projects. All that flux means it’s worthwhile reintroducing ourselves every now and then, to make sure everyone knows what we’re about and how we’re working.
The Pelicam way
One constant amid all this change is our approach and ethos. Pelicam have always been, and always will be, straight talking and outcome oriented. In our experience, this is surprisingly rare among Assurance partners, and something our clients really appreciate. When we work with clients we do so in a way which causes minimum disruption, but gets right to the very heart of any potential issue. What's more, if and when we find a potential problem, we provide concise, cost effective solutions. This “no-nonsense” approach has always been the Pelicam way and ensures we deliver the important insights quickly and with as little cost or disruption as possible.

Rapid Response: a high-impact, condensed assurance offering. Rapid Response is ideal for those projects where you just want to check everything is as it should be, or where things have started to stray and need quick, decisive intervention.
Interactive workshops: the opportunity to improve your team’s expertise. Our team has decades of collective experience in the programme assurance space, our workshops share that experience and knowledge with your team. Pelicam workshops ensure your teams have the expertise to deal with issues themselves if and when they arise.

In recent years we’re delighted to have started working with more and more clients as a trusted partner, rather than just an external resource. As a trusted partner we’re able to help organisations of all sizes realise their transformation goals. For large organisations that might mean having a seat on an advisory board, or working with teams on a regular and recurring basis to keep our finger on the pulse of current and upcoming projects.
