Ethics and Standards (CSR)
Pelicam is a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and social responsibility.

Pelicam will constantly uphold all laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. We are bound by the laws of the UK, including the Bribery Act 2010.

Bribery refers to the act of offering, giving, promising, asking, agreeing, receiving, accepting, or soliciting something of value or of an advantage so to induce or influence an action or decision. A bribe refers to any inducement, reward, or object/item of value offered to another individual in order to gain commercial, contractual, regulatory, or personal advantage.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.

Pelicam ensures all the necessary steps to the promotion of ethical practices are in place throughout the Company.

-
Our employees must not engage in any form of bribery, whether it be directly, passively or through a third party.
-
We are committed to providing the necessary training to all our employees to ensure full understanding of the risks of bribery.
-
Pelicam encourages all its employees, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of the organisation.
-
We also ask our suppliers to sign a co-operation agreement that includes anti-bribery statements.

Additionally, we operate an annual review/audit system to retrospectively check our (and our supply chain) exposure in this regard.
